An individual client must be at least 18 years old. A person requesting services for a business confirms that they are an adult and are authorized to act for that business.
We provide educational, informational and non-clinical consultation that may include structured listening, communication education, personal-development support, business and technology information, cross-border process information, research summaries and independent decision support. We do not provide any regulated professional service requiring a license that we do not hold.
Our published rates are: written consultation at USD $1 per completed minute; voice consultation at USD $2 per completed minute; video consultation at USD $3 per completed minute; structured consultation with a written summary at USD $5 per completed minute; and senior-advisor or executive decision-support consultation at USD $10 per completed minute.
The applicable format and fixed per-minute rate are shown and confirmed before the consultation begins. The rate does not change during the session.
Billing is based only on time actually completed. The service record may include the date, service type, start time, end time, completed duration, applicable rate, total amount and any selected written summary. Time not provided is not billable.
We do not require a consultation deposit or sell prepaid consultation packages. There is no subscription or automatic billing. After the consultation ends, the client receives an itemized service record and a secure invoice for the completed time. The client actively completes payment using an approved payment method.
Clients should review the service record and contact us promptly if the service type, rate, duration or total appears incorrect. We may review timing information, communications, confirmations, invoices and payment records to resolve a question.
A consultation may be cancelled before it begins without a consultation charge. Refund eligibility after payment is governed by the Refund & Billing Correction Policy. Verified duplicate charges, incorrect agreed rates, minute-calculation errors and charges for time not provided will be corrected. Completed consultation time billed at the confirmed rate is generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Clients remain responsible for final personal, business, technology and cross-border decisions, appropriate due diligence and obtaining licensed professional advice where required. No specific personal, commercial, technical, health, financial or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Clients must not use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, deception, infringement of third-party rights or any purpose prohibited by applicable law.
Our services are not emergency or crisis services and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal or financial care. Anyone experiencing an immediate medical, psychological or safety emergency should contact an appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional.
