Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Before Services Begin

If an engagement is cancelled before any agreed consultation, research, preparation, reserved availability or other work has begun, refund eligibility will be determined according to the specific engagement terms.

2. After Work Has Begun

Once consultation, preparation, research, communication, reserved availability or advisory work has begun, fees attributable to services already provided or resources already committed are generally non-refundable.

3. Ongoing Engagements

For ongoing advisory support, any refund consideration will take into account the service already delivered, time and availability already committed, materials prepared and the written terms agreed before payment.

4. If We Cannot Provide the Agreed Service

6. Payment Processor Rights

Nothing in this policy removes any rights a client may have under applicable law or under the rules of the payment service provider used for the transaction.
