Depending on the engagement, we may collect a client's name, age-confirmation or business-authority status, email, phone number, billing address, service preferences, business information, communications and information voluntarily provided for the consultation.
To document completed services and issue an accurate invoice, we may retain the consultation date, service format, confirmed per-minute rate, start time, end time, completed duration, service summary, client confirmation, invoice, payment receipt and related support communications.
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, deliver the selected service, prepare a requested summary, create an itemized service record, issue and reconcile an invoice, provide customer support, address billing questions, prevent fraud, comply with law and maintain legitimate business records.
Payment credentials are processed by approved third-party payment providers. We do not represent that 深圳鲸聚贸易有限公司 directly stores complete payment-card credentials. Payment providers process information under their own privacy terms.
We do not publicly disclose private client communications, business information or consultation details without authorization, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to deliver, document or protect legitimate services. Audio or video sessions are not recorded without notice and appropriate consent.
Because we may serve international clients, information may be processed across jurisdictions by communication, hosting, invoicing, payment and professional-service providers used to operate the business.
Records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing review and dispute resolution.
